Outdoor Play
At Sunburst we have a special playground just for our infants, toddlers and 2 year olds. Our playground is equipped with age appropriate climbers and toys that will enhance your child’s large motor development and provide for many fun hours of outdoor exploration.
The Teachers
Our caregivers are dedicated to providing quality and consistent care for our toddlers. They create a loving and nurturing environment that lets the toddlers feel loved and encouraged throughout the day. To continue to provide the best care possible for our toddlers, our teachers communicate with parents individually to let you know about your toddler’s day.
The Classroom
Our unique early childhood curriculum is based on the philosophy that children learn best through hands-on experiences. Each day is filled with fun activities that excite and help toddlers develop in ways that give them the comfort and confidence to grow and develop both cognitively and socially. In addition to caring for your toddler, everything we do is designed for learning.
2 YEAR OLD PROGRAM
As toddlers develop friendships, self-esteem, and curiosity, our 2 year old program will help them explore their world in a safe and nurturing environment.
Parent Involvement
Parents are always welcome at Sunburst Childcare Center. We strive for consistency between school and home practices, and following through on all parents’ requests is key. You provide us with your child’s daily routine and we’ll use that as a guide for your child’s day with us. Please feel free at any time to share information with our caregivers about your child’s development, or any concerns you may have.
